Michael Wolfram, the principal of WOLFRAM WORKPLACE LAW , brings to every engagement the benefit of more than 30 years of experience in the practice of labor and employment law, particularly wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour. 

Mr. Wolfram was a partner for 22 years at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in the Labor & Employment Law Practice Group.  There he represented management in all aspects of labor and employment law, with an emphasis on defending wrongful discharge, discrimination, and other employment claims from their inception through trial or arbitration and appeal.  He was chief trial counsel in a number of jury as well as bench trials to verdict.  He also counseled employers on a wide range of labor and employment topics, including non-discriminatory employment policies and practices, mediation and arbitration policies, workforce reductions, acquisition, merger, and disposition planning, and substance abuse policies, to name a few, and he conducted anti-harassment training and briefings to management on those and many other employment law topics.
