- Nick Y. Shimoda has been practicing law since 1993. Prior to establishing his own law firm (the "Firm"), Nick was in house litigator for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., in Bentonville, Arkansas, and he was an associate tax attorney with the law firm of Tanner & Guin, LLC, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

- The Firm strives to establish a solid ongoing relationship with each client. First, we wish to establish an attorney-client relationship to assist each client with his, her, or its present legal crisis. Second, we wish to establish a counselor-client relationship with each client. As counselor, we can help each client develop plans, policies, and procedures to prevent or limit any future lawsuit or legal crisis.
