While they didn't find in my favor, I wasn't at fault either.
I never heard from them about anything until after Social Security approved my disability I don't even know if there was a hearing. I just got a letter from Social Security that I was approved then got a letter from the law firm saying it was done.
I do not believe Daggett did a good job on my case. He was very pleasant and had a nice office and got back to me in a timely manner. I felt he hurried through my case and did not spend much time gathering facts. The other driver was charged and admitted guilt and my car was totaled. I felt I should have gotten more from the case. He came highly recommended.
