Wilson & White, L.L.P. was founded in 1998 by family law attorney W. Weir Wilson and probate-estate planning attorney William L. White, both graduates of Baylor University School of Law in 1966 and 1965 respectively.

Mr. Wilson has been practicing in the family courts of Tarrant, Parker, Johnson, and surrounding counties for more than 32 years.

Mr. White specializes in probate, estate planning, estate and trust litigation, and estate tax matters. His 35 years of experience include 19 years with the IRS Estate & Gift Tax Division and the IRS Appeals office of Chief Counsel, and 16 years of private practice.

Also associated with the firm is Fauniel D. Rowland, a 1988 graduate of Southwestern University School of Law, Los Angeles, California.

Mr. Wilson, Mr. White, and Ms. Rowland were previously affiliated with the Fort Worth law firm of Simon, Anisman, Doby & Wilson for many years.
