Office appointments can be scheduled between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Mr. Schneikart will be happy to meet with you if necessary at your home or in your hospital room at any time, 7 days a week.

Fees and Costs

Free consultations are always available to injured persons from Mr. Schneikart.

Personal injury cases are handled on a contingent fee basis. If there is no recovery there is no attorney's fee at all. If a recovery is made the attorney's fee will be a percentage of the recovery agreed upon in a contract and in accordance with Florida law.

Generally, Mr. Schneikart will pay the costs associated with pursuing your case. Although you are responsibe for repaying these costs. They are collected only out of a recovery.
