Well first of all, she did not communicate with me at the beginning of my divorce procedures. I was told to wait two months after filing in case we decided to reconcile, she never contacted me. I finally had to contact her and then she started up on it. She ended up charging me another 750.00 because of her lack of communication. I just kind of feel like I am being ripped off by her, but I have to pay it, because I want my divorce. Now we are waiting on my soon to be ex to respond to her letter.
She advertises one price and charges another. I paid a retainer fee and never received a receipt for services rendered. Was told after divorce was final and still had custody issues that child custody was not part of family law. Also she never got back to when she was supposed to.
