These cases ranged from simple uncontested divorces to complex multi-million dollar martial estates.
Our firm also represents those individuals who have been seriously injured by the negligence of some othe party. Approximately 50% of the firm's practice involves representing clients who have sustained significant personal injuries from the negligence of another individual or entity. These cases typically involve those individuals who sustained injuries as a result of a trucking accident, automobile accident, boating accident, medical malpractice, defective product, nursing home negligence, or a work-related accident. We have successfully respresented over 200 individuals who have been injured as a result of the negligence of another party.
