When I first retained David for a legal separation, he explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand. Family and divorce law is very confusing and without a good lawyer I was going to be thrown to the wolves. He was very responsive to me whenever I had questions or needed clarification on the legal jargon even outside of our meetings. He was pivotal in me gaining custody of my son which was of extreme importance to me. We were able to work out a settlement that was considerably more equitable than originally sought despite the opposition attempting to run the case out of money. David is extremely knowledgeable in the law and has even written a book to answer many of the frequently asked questions. His office staff are excellent as well and kept me informed of meetings, court appearance dates, paperwork needing attention, etc. If you are seeking help with a divorce, separation, child custody of pre-nup, reach out to David. I guarantee you that you won’t regret it.

David was outstanding in representing me in my difficult divorce. He was available at all times and was very knowledgeable on NY laws. When my ex demanded to push trial, he was ready to match in kind and was extremely prepared. It was very nerve wracking and I'm thankful that I had him represent me.
