My hours are generally from 9-6. M-F. However, I have clients with all kinds of hours so I will work with a client if after-hours appointments are needed for evenings and/or weekends. I even occasionally will go to a client's office or home if the situation requires it.
As for fees, I usually offer a "no-obligations" first consultation to give both myself and the client the opportunity to ask questions as we fully discuss their situation. Once the amount and type of work are known, then I quote a fee. If the client does not wish to proceed, then they owe nothing for the time spent. If they wish to proceed, I receive a minimum fee and we proceed. |
