He was an adjunct professor at Sacred Heart University Graduate School of Business and a lecturer at New York University School of Law. He has also lectured at numerous Fortune 500 companies on the topic of how executives can maximize their golden parachutes, retirement packages and estate planning strategies

An active member of his community, Vincent has served as a member of the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals, a board member for the Connecticut Theatre Foundation, Fairfield County Day School and various other charitable organizations as well as a board member and secretary of County Federal Bank. He served as a member of the Fairfield Judicial District Panel from 2000 - 2006. He is also a former Justice of the Peace for the Town of Westport and a past board member and secretary of the Westport Chamber of Commerce.

Estate Planning and Probate Resource: Tax Information Available to Seniors

The Connecticut Department of Revenue Services recently updated an informational publication clarifying Connecticut tax laws applicable to senior citizens. The publication, Informational Publication 2100(18), includes information on Connecticut income tax, sales and use taxes, gift, estate, real estate conveyance and local property taxes. Also included in the publication is a list of goods and services that senior citizens typically purchase that are exempt from sales and use tax and the publication explains property tax credits available to senior citizens. The publication modifies and supersedes Informational Publication 2010(26).
