Mr. Fleck provides counsel and advocacy services to a wide range of closely held businesses and professionals on topics including compliance, employment disputes, restrictive covenants, partnership disputes, and complex commercial litigation. |
Mr. Fleck has conducted numerous jury trials, bench trials, commercial arbitration's, and appellate matters in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fleck was a litigation associate in a regional firm, a partner in a commercial and banking law firm in Philadelphia, and CEO & General Counsel with a regional commercial construction and real estate development firm. He graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in 1986 and Temple University School of Law in 1995.
Mr. Fleck is admitted to practice in the state courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is a member of the Chester County Bar Association.
Mr. Fleck served in the United States Navy for 21 years, retiring as a Commander in 2008.
