Illinois native Carol G. Silverman is an employment law attorney with more than twenty years of experience. Ms. Silverman has served as counsel in cases for discrimination based on age, religion, race, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, pregnancy and sexual harassment and has provided quality representation to clients in all phases of employment discrimination cases. In addition, she has litigated cases for breach of employment contracts and breach of non-compete agreements, retaliation and whistleblowing.
Prior to joining The Law Offices of Laurie J. Wasserman in 1999, Ms. Silverman provided legal services in areas including family law, corporate law, tort law, probate, civil practice and procedure and criminal law. Ms. Silverman is also a trained and experienced mediator. Ms. Silverman?s mediation skills have proven a valuable asset in negotiation and mediation of clients? cases.
