Mr. Gould is a 1973 graduate of Baylor Law School and has practiced law in Tarrant County since 1974. He has successfully represented over 3000 individuals before the Social Security Administration in disability claims.
In addition to his Social Security Practice, Mr. Gould has practiced general civil litigation, representing individuals and businesses in all types of disputes. Mr. Gould's experience has led him to a philosophy that it is better to attempt to resolve disputes without litigation, but if litigation is necessary, then to use all available tools to win. Mr. Gould has been certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization as a "Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer", and he has taken a special examination proving his expertise and experience in the complicated area of the law.
Linda Evans was licensed to practice law in 2000, but has over 18 years' experience assisting the disabled obtain their benefits prior to becoming a lawyer. Mr. Gould and Mrs. Evans have worked together for all of that period, and each understands this complicated and time consuming area of practice.
