We have tried cases in the New York State Supreme Court, the Westchester County Court, the Family Court and most of the local courts in Westchester County. We have also practiced before agencies such as the Social Security Apeals Board, and the Workers Compensation Board. In order to move personal injury cases to faster resolution, our preference is to try them by means of binding arbitration or seek settlement through mediation. The arbitrations and mediations usually take place before retired judges of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, a Court of General Jurisdiction commonly called Superior Court in other jurisdictions. We also practice in the Federal Court for the Souther District of New York.
