The office is usually open from Monday to Friday from 9 to 5. We are available after hours by appointment only. We ask as a courtesy that you call in order to make an appointment. This can be done by telephone,fax or e-mail. Workers Compensation and Personal Injury cases are taken on a contingent fee basis. Chapter 7 Bankruptcy cases (including fees paid to the Court are usually well under $1000. Other cases are taken on an hourly rate which is negotiable and includes such factors as length of time involved, the complexity of the case, in criminal cases, the extent to which the client faces possible loss of freedom and civil rights, and of course, the client's ability to pay.

Our law library has over three thousand books and is kept up to date. Our files go back to the 1950s. We have completely up to date communications systems, including the capacity for electronic filing and internet access. We also have a complete inventory of conventional preprinted forms including those prepared by government agencies and courts.
