We are involved in the community through membership in the New Rochelle Bar Association. This requires us among other things to act as Small Claims Court Referees in the New Rochelle City Court several times a year, deciding cases where the amount in controversy is under $3000. We have also acted as arbitrators in cases assigned by the Supreme Court in Westchester County. These cases have involved larger sums. We accept pro bono assignments from the Administrative Judge of our judicial district. Mr. Clark has acted as an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association.
