The Firm was founded in 1982 by Mr. Robert D. Batjer. The name of the firm was changed to Batjer & Wagstaff in 1996 and then to Wagstaff & Watson in 2005.  The firm has a general civil practice with an emphasis on litigation.  Our Attorneys have over 30 years of combined experience litigating cases in Texas, including the defense of professionals and complex legal matters involving personal injury and other torts, consumer, commercial, insurance, probate, real estate and oil & gas law.
