We work frequently in the Hartford County and Tolland County courts and assist clients who wish to file for a dissolution of their marriage or who wish to file for legal custody of their child.  We assist clients, who wish to pursue a no-fault plan, to mediate or otherwise work out a mutually agreeable agreement using a collaborative rather than an adversarial approach. 

If this is not possible, we assist clients who wish to litigate and present their testimony and evidence to the court.

Mediation is an avenue that many choose.  It is often a cost effective approach as well as less emotionally stressful. 
We serve as a neutral party in working out an agreementand serve as mentors in preparation of court forms.
