Proceed east on Highway 34. Take the 34 Business Route into the city of Greeley. Highway 34 becomes 10th Street. Proceed on 10th Street easterly into town until you come to the intersection with 11th Ave. (which runs North-South). Turn Left, or North, on 11th Ave. and proceed to Fifth Street. The office is located in a restored home on the southwest corner of the intersection of Fifth Street and 11th Avenue.
