In 1981 he moved his practice to Vail where he was joined

by Arthur A. Abplanalp, Jr. The firm has gown since that

time to become a general practice firm of sufficient size

to allow its personnel to emphasize particular areas of

practice, including civil litigation, real estate law,

business law, land use, criminal defense, personal injury

and products liability, administrative law, estate planning

and probate, and family law.
