Shame on you, Arnold Politzer. Approximately 3 years ago, my mother came to your office for assistance in hopes of saving her home. I am certain you remember this case. She paid a retainer fee of $2,500. You assured her that you would prevent foreclosure on her home, but what you actually did was manipulated her as an innocent woman, took her money, sat on the case, allowed your rookie attorney, Hunter Pier, who is no longer with the practice, pretend he was doing all that he could to assist, but while in fact, the both of you did absolutely nothing, but took her money. Mr. Pier didn't even know what he was doing, as I had spoken with him many times when I saw that my mother was misled by your practice. I had even spoken with you personally, and your excuse and reply was that as a result of my mother refinancing her home a few times, you could not do anything for her. Didn't you know that prior to accepting the money she gave you? My mother had even left you several messages to get a copy of the documents that she had given you, but to no avail. You or no one else from your office ever responded. I have to tell the truth because other innocent people will go to your practice only to be exploited like my mother, while you prey on their vulnerability and lack of knowledge. It grieves my heart that the very people we go to in trust and confidence that they will have our best interest, are oftentimes nothing but wicked-hearted people in high places that have been overtaken by nothing but pure greed. God never sleeps, and he saw what you did. “Vengeance is mine says the Lord.” He will repay the evil and wicked-hearted.
