Henry M. Toles, J.D., M.B.A. practices primarily before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. Mr. Toles is a member of the State Bar of California, the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Central, Eastern, Northern and Southern United States District Courts. His range of experience in bankruptcy and insolvency matters includes both large and small corporate and individual liquidation and reorganizations.

In addition to his legal expertise, Mr. Toles has an in-depth familiarity with financial planning and strategic matters that range from large diverse public entities, to small privately held corporations and family business. He was Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for May Company, and Vice President of Finance and Administration (CFO) for numerous corporate organizations. Mr. Toles has more than 15 years of experience in business restructuring, strategic planning and turn-around activities.
