Since 2000, Frank Todaro has been listed in "The Best Lawyers in America" . Best Lawyers lists attorneys who have been voted by there peers, who limit its membership.

Todaro finished his term as  President of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers(OATL) in April of 2003.  The OATL is a state wide organization of approximately 2400 attorneys dedicated to representing Ohioans in civil and criminal matters. The OATL frequently lobbies on behalf of consumers before the Ohio Legislature.

In the November 2003 issue of Columbus Monthly magazine, Todaro was cited as one of the "Top Lawyers" in personal injury Litigation.

In July of 2004, Todaro was admitted to the American Board of Trial Advocates, A limited group of attorney's around the country who to qualify must meet strict compliance with Trial experience and trial skills. The Purpose of the organization is to promote the art of advocacy and the efficient administration of justice.
