The law firm was founded in 1957 by William W. Hawkins who, until his death in 1997, remained an active member of the firm. Through the years the firm has developed a reputation as a preeminent law firm in Eastern Tennessee in the area of personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Specializing in accident and injury law, Hawkins, Moody, Bingham & Miller, P.C., represent the legal rights of clients who are victims of injury or a wrongful death in the family. The firm is able to draw on over 65 years of combined experience serving clients nationwide with a special concentration in Eastern Tennessee.
