History:  Tillman & Willett, LLC was formed in December of 2001 by Gary Tillman and Danny Willett.  The members have over 20 years combined legal practice experience. The members previously worked together at the law firm of Stafford, Stewart & Potter; Gary since 1988 and Danny since 1997.  The members formed Tillman & Willett, LLC to provide their clients more personalized, focused representation, which is not always possible in large firms.  In 2004, Jill joined the firm.  Each member of the firm has a degree in accounting which enables us to provide the highest level of service to our clients in their financial transactions.

Areas of Practice:  Tillman & Willett, LLC represents clients throughout the state of Louisiana, but primarily in the parishes of Rapides and Grant.  Our clients are primarily lenders,  financial advisors, real estate agents/ developers and small to mid-size companies.  However, we also represent a large number of individuals with complex financial or property issues.  Our firm handles legal matters in the following practice areas: Bankruptcy, Business, Commercial Litigation, Contracts, Collections and Corporate Law, Estate Planning, Family Law, Foreclosures, Formation of Businesses, Real Estate Closings, Successions, Wills.
