White Collar Crimes
White collar crimes include embezzlement, computer crime, false advertising, bribery, tax evasion, forgery, unfair competition, and unfair labor practice. White collar criminals were sporadically prosecuted in the past but because allegations of white collar offenses have been on the rise, law enforcement authorities have found it necessary to enforce the law rather stringently now. It is prudent for any alleged white collar offender to talk to a police official only in the presence of his defense counsel.
