George J. Tyler and Margaret B. Carmeli founded the firm on October 2, 2000. Located in Robbinsville, New Jersey, the office is convenient to the New Jersey Turnpike and Routes 130, 206, 295 and 195. Mr. Tyler and Ms. Carmeli represent clients on business issues;  environmental issues (water supply, water treatment, waste management, site clean up, air and water pollution control, solid and hazardous waste management); contract and construction issues; commercial transactions; regulatory matters; real estate/planning/zoning matters; landlord tenant matters; insurance coverage cases; legislative representation; and all types of litigation.   

Mr. Tyler worked in the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection for seventeen years. He served as the Assistant Commissioner for Environmental Management from 1980 to 1986. Mr. Tyler and Ms. Carmeli have worked together on environmental law, land use, business and related litigation matters since 1987.
