Susan J. Sadow has a wealth of  experience in  handling  workers' compensation cases.  She has been practicing law since 1981 and has handled thousands of workers' compensation cases. Ms. Sadow established her own law firm in 1992.
 
Ms. Sadow has a unique understanding and ability to address the medical, transportation, housing, attendant care, and vocational needs of catastrophically injured individuals.  She has had extraordinary success in negotiating settlements for a multitude of  clients  with catastrophic injuries for amounts in excess of $1,000,000.00.
 
Ms. Sadow was nominated and awarded a listing in Best Lawyers in America for specialization in workers' compensation law for 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008.  She is the only female workers' compensation lawyer awarded this honor in Georgia in 2005-2006.  She was also named a Georgia Super Lawyer in the 2004, 2006, 2007 and 2008 editions of ATLANTA magazine.  Ms. Sadow is one of only 5% of all Georgia lawyers to receive this special distinction.
 
She has considerable experience working as an advocate for individuals who have been rendered paraplegic or quadriplegic in job-related accidents. 
 
She also has successfully handled numerous traumatic brain injury cases.

Ms. Sadow is extremely active in the workers' compensation community.

She was the past Chairperson of the Workers' Compensation Section of the Atlanta Bar Association.  Prior to serving as Chairperson, she was Vice-Chairperson, Secretary-Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors of the Workers' Compensation Section.

She recently served on the Atlanta Bar Association's Board of Directors and on the Atlanta Bar Association's Continuing Legal Education Committee.

She was appointed to the State Board of Workers' Compensation Chairman's Advisory Council in 1998 and continues to serve on that Council as a member of the Public Education Committee.

She also served for three years as a member of the Malpractice Insurance Committee of the State Bar of Georgia.

Ms. Sadow is a frequent lecturer and author of articles on workers' compensation for the Atlanta Bar Association, the ICLE Workers' Compensation Law Institute, the Atlanta Claims Association, the State Board of Workers' Compensation, and the Georgia Association of Self-Insurers.
