After watching sons public defender do nothing for 7 months, we decided in December that it was time to seek a real lawyer. After speaking with Susan, I knew immediately that she was the right lawyer to help my son get the assistance he needs to beat his addiction. Susan has worked tirelessly on his case and the end result could not have been any better. We are so very thankful and would highly recommend Susan for any of your legal needs.
Susan successfully represented me in two cases. The first was a Domestic Violence Charge and the Second a DUI charge. Susan took the time to get to know me and knew I was not guilty in either case. She successfully articulated an opening statement that got the DUI dismissed right before jury trial. It is her knowledge and determination that won the case. She is always available to answer even the trivial of questions I had. She is tough in the courtroom and caring and nice outside the courtroom.
I've used Ms. Williams services three times. In each time the outcome has been amazing. She is a great and hardworking lawyer.

From the first phone call to after the case was settled, Susan was there every step of the way. Susan is highly professional, yet friendly and personable in a way I don't think we would have found in anyone else. She kept us informed every time there was new activity on our case. She listened to us, acknowledged any thoughts or ideas we had and answered every question without hesitation. She was honest about both the good and bad. She rearranged her busy schedule to be there when we called, even though she really wasn't absolutely needed. She came because we asked her to, because it was important to us. She refused to accept anything less than what she felt was the right solution for her client and worked for 4 years to make it happen. An to be honest, the outcome was even better than we thought was possible. To say that Susan is amazing would be an understatement. She is everything you could hope for in an attorney and so much more!

Ms Williams is an excellent lawyer! She is well versed and an expert in her field. Her no nonsense methods in dealing with court personnel is balanced by her sympathetic and caring nature. She will explain options and probable outcomes in a way anyone can understand. She is up to date with technology; communicating via email, text and has a website to view information about your case.
