The focus of the Styron Law Firm is real estate with an unusually high degree of customer service. The bulk of our practice involves assisting clients in the acquisition and development of land in Branson and Southwest Missouri. Besides preparation of contracts and negotiating financing, our commercial clients typically call on us to assist with review of land surveys, analysis of title reports, planning and zoning, obtaining approval of subdivision plats, preparation of restrictive covenants, and obtaining environmental and construction permits from governmental entities. We also handle foreclosures, quiet title suits and other real estate and business litigation.
