The predecessor to Stubbs & Perdue, P.A., was founded by T.H. Stubbs, Jr. on July 1, 1971. The firm originated as a general practice with an emphasis on criminal law, bankruptcy, and a general specialty in the federal courts. The present firm serves the eastern district of North Carolina for bankruptcy and criminal cases and offers a full range of legal services locally as specified herein. The firm emphasizes continuing legal education for all partners and associates. Partners of the firm have served as speakers and have otherwise participated in educational seminars. All lawyers in the firm are active in professional and political activities and local civic affairs.
