Immigration and Nationality Law
At Stoller & Moreno P.A., our practice is almost entirely devoted to the representation of clients before the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (formerly the Immigration and Naturalization Services (INS)), the Immigration Courts, and the federal appeals court. In addition, we also represent immigration clients in other matters related to their immigration status.
Our attorneys provide guidance and representation in matters relating to immigration, visas, citizenship, asylum, employment, deportation, and removal. Our attorneys have extensive experience in the interpretation and compliance of the Immigration and Nationality Act. All of our attorneys have unique experience in this area. David Stoller has served as former Immigration Trial Attorneys for the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and Roberto Moreno is a former U.S. Immigration Judge in Miami and Orlando.
Criminal Law (Federal and State)
Stoller & Moreno P.A. is committed to defend the rights of people arrested and accused of criminal offenses, especially where lack of citizenship affects the proceedings. We handle all types of criminal cases from minor infractions to felony indictments. For example, drunk driving, drug possession, narcotics sales, theft and grand larceny, white-collar fraud, embezzlement, sex offenses, arson, and conspiracy.
Bankruptcy
Assisting clients in achieving financial reprieve is a commitment of Stoller & Moreno, P.A. We represent individuals in bankruptcy proceedings at both the state and federal level. If you are an insolvent individual, we can assist you be starting proceedings or addressing proceedings instituted by creditors seeking to have your remaining assets distributed amongst them. In either case, we will work diligently so that the result will be that you as the debtor is discharged from further obligation to those creditors. |
