David Stoller is the founder of our practice and a former Assistant District Counsel with the Immigration and Naturalization Service. Mr. Stoller's position required him to represent the interests of the federal government in exclusion, deportation and removal proceedings held before the United States Immigration Court. In addition, Mr. Stoller functioned as a legal advisor to the enforcement arms of the Immigration and Naturalization Service and was often called upon to render legal advice to the government. During his tenure with the government, Mr. Stoller spent a substantial part of his career working with individuals in deportation proceedings as a result of prior criminal conduct. This included frequent visits to local and state prisons and representing the government in deportation proceedings held in these facilities. Mr. Stoller also assisted the Employer Sanctions Unit by providing legal advice on administrative cases dealing with unauthorized employment.
Roberto Moreno is a former United States Immigration Judge. He joined the firm after serving eight years on the bench in Miami, Orlando and Bradenton, Florida. In this position, Mr. Moreno presided over bond hearings, asylum determinations, applications for adjustment of status, cancellation of removal and requests for §212(c) and §212(h) waivers.
Prior to being appointed an Immigration Judge, Mr. Moreno was the Managing Assistant United States Attorney, Middle District of Florida, Orlando Division. He was in charge of all federal criminal and civil prosecutors in Orlando. Before that he served as a Supervisory Assistant United States Attorney in the Criminal Division of the United States Attorney for the District of Puerto Rico. In addition, he served as a criminal prosecutor in a Special Prosecutions Unit of the United States Department of Justice dealing exclusively with Organized Crime, Police Corruption, Major Drug Trafficking Organizations and Terrorism. Prior to serving with the U.S. Department of Justice he was the Southeast Regional Counsel of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration where he was in charge of all attorneys and litigation for eleven states and the Caribbean area.
Mr. Moreno recently retired as a Commander of the United States Navy Reserve where he served his career as an Intelligence Officer. He served in active duty during the Gulf War as an interrogator of prisoners of war and as the intelligence officer for a prisoner of war facility in eastern Saudi Arabia.
Mr. Stoller is licensed by the State of Florida and is a member of the Bar of the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Moreno is licensed by the State of Florida, the District of Colombia and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. He is also a member of the Bar of the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Our staff consists of one associate attorney, two legal assistants and support staff who effectively assist our attorneys with providing highly effective and competent legal services to our clientele. We are bilingual in English and Spanish.

We charge $100 for an initial consultation. This consultation will be with a licensed attorney - not a paralegal or other member of our support staff. This fee will be credited on account when the firm is retained to provide services. We do offer payment plans and accept credit cards. We will gladly work with clients in an effort to make payment of our fees easier to budget.
