Tim is an attorney in St. Louis practicing primarily in consumer bankruptcy, criminal law, traffic law, employment law, and family law. He graduated from Saint Louis University's John Cook School of Business with a B.S. in Finance. Tim also graduated from the Saint Louis University School of Law with a Certificate in Employment Law. While in law school, Tim received the Academic Excellence Award in the Consumer Credit Transactions course and was invited into the advanced appellate writing course. Tim was a member of the Saint Louis University Public Law Review and was chosen to have his article published while on staff.

Throughout law school, Tim served as a law clerk to the John V. LaBarge Jr., a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee in St. Louis. Upon graduation, Tim worked for the Chapter 13 Trustee in Bankruptcy for the Eastern District of Missouri. Tim later opened his own law firm where he is dedicated to assisting his clients resolve their legal problems. Tim is admitted to practice in Missouri, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA).

In addition to his law practice, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife Kim and their two dogs. He is an avid St. Louis sports fan as he roots on the Cardinals, Blues, and Rams.

The Reviewers

Those who complete Client Reviews are clients of law firms who hired a lawyer within the last year, whose matter is not pending, and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be of any type from in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners to private individuals, and even sometimes another lawyer in a different jurisdiction.

Anonymity

Client Reviews are anonymous and reviewers' identities are not published; however a summary of basic demographics will be part of the display of responses.

Why do we collect demographics as part of the review?

Those who are researching a lawyer or law firm like to see that there are other clients who might be "like them". This is valuable information contributing to the decision-making process of hiring a lawyer.

Martindale-Hubbell's role
