About Onder Law
St. Louis is truly a "small town." The St. Louis community is comprised of very tight knit medical and legal communities, into which the firm and its members are deeply rooted. One of the firm's partners serves as the prosecuting attorney for the City of Brentwood, a powerful municipality in the St. Louis Metropolitan area. Another of of the firm's partners is a third generation attorney, whose grandfather was a founding director of multiple charitable trusts and foundations still serving the St. Louis community. Yet another attorney at the firm is a retired St. Louis County judge, having served as a member of the bench for over 20 years, and remains quite active in the legal community. The father of another is also a retired member of the bench, from a long established legal family in the St. Louis community.
The firm's medical contacts run equally deep. Essential to the effective presentation of evidence in any injury or death claim is the medical testimony presented. The firm's ties to the St. Louis medical community are second to none. The great grandfather of one of our attorneys is former chief of staff at a major St. Louis medical center; another attorney's father is past president of the Missouri Association of Osteopathic Physicians and head of the Department of Family Practice at another medical center. The great grandfather of one attorney was a graduate of the first dental school class at St. Louis University in 1905.
These longstanding roots in the St. Louis legal and medical communities place the firm in a unique and enviable position. In fact, the firm's quality has been recognized by its peers, as evidence by its AV rating in the Martindale-Hubbell directory. The directory is a system whereby lawyers evaluate the accomplishments and skill of other lawyers with the AV distinction being bestowed upon less than 10% of lawyers in the St. Louis legal community.
