Julian H. Spirer

JULIAN H. SPIRER manages the firm's coporate, commercial, and government representation practice. Following graduation summa cum laude from Princeton University and with honors from Harvard Law School, Mr. Spirer spent three years as a corporate and international attorney with the respected New York firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison. Relocating to Washington, he served first as staff director to Congressman Benjamin S. Rosenthal, a senior member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, and then as Director of Federal Affairs for the City of New York during the City's financial crisis. Since 1982, he has devoted himself to meeting the corporate, commerical, and lobbying demands of a general governmental, business, international, trade assocation, and non-profit clientele. He is a member of the DC, MD, NY, and Supreme Court bars.
