The Spirer & Goldberg, P.C., personal injury practice group represents victims of almost every type of personal injury, including injuries resulting from vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, defective products, slip and falls, landlord negligence, and on-the-job accidents covered by workers compensation. We also represent the families of victims in claims for lost income and services.

• We achieved settlements for victims of a bus accident by establishing that the Bus Company re-activated the driver from medical leave in violation of federal regulations.
• We successfully established at trial that a client's sexual difficulties resulted from the hot coffee injury he suffered on board an airplane.
• We successfully resolved a case for a pedestrian who was hit while crossing against the light by arguing that the driver who hit her had the last clear chance to avoid the accident.
• We got a recovery for an elderly woman who slipped on a step that we established had been built too short.
• We settled favorably the cases of individuals seriously injured from ingesting a health supplement that we alleged was contaminated in the manufacturing process.
