The Law Firm of Debra G. Speyer was founded in 1990 on the principal of treating clients with the respect they deserve by providing prompt personal attention and above-expectation legal services.

The firm concentrates its practice in the areas of securities, investment fraud, elder fraud, elder law, probate, guardianships, wills, trusts and estates. We work with attorneys in other legal specialties when your legal matter requires a different area of expertise.

We represent a wide range of loyal clients. When a client has lost money due to fraud, we are dedicated to aggressive representation to recover money for that client.

Public service is an integral part of our practice. We provide service to the community by educating the public and other lawyers about investment fraud, elder fraud and elder law. We also provide extensive and worthy pro-bono service to the indigent elderly community.
