About This Firm

From its inception, Collins Einhorn Farrell PC has concentrated on the defense of personal injury claims. Automobile negligence, products liability and premises liability were the major effort in the early years. Currently, the practice is a demanding and sophisticated one which combines the work of the early years with much that is new and challenging including: attorney malpractice defense, securities and RICO litigation; accountant malpractice defense, complex insurance coverage disputes, major product liability defense work, including asbestos defense litigation, and environmental litigation.
