Ray Malca, a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, has practiced law in Florida since 1975. Ray is a member of the Workers' Compensation Section of The Florida Bar, Miami-Dade County Bar Association, Broward County Bar Association, Workers Injury and Advocacy Law Group and Florida Justice Association. He is a member of the Executive Council the of The Florida Bar Workers' Compensation Section and has twice been elected Chair of the Workers' Compensation Section. Ray is a member of the Board of Directors of Florida workers advocates and Workers Injury and Advocacy Law Group and past President of Florida Workers Advocates; an organization dedicated to assisting injured workers. He is a recipient of the W. L. "Bud" Adams Award for service to the workers' compensation system in the State of Florida and served as a member of the Statewide Judicial Nominating Commission. Ray frequently lectures on workers' compensation for The Florida Bar. He instituted and has continued to Chair the Workers' Compensation Trial Advocacy Program. Ray primarily represents injured workers' in workers' compensation cases.
