Joseph J. Sorota, Jr., P.A. was founded in 1994 by Joseph J. Sorota, Jr. after his departure from the law firm of Baynard, Harrell, Ostow & Ulrich, P.A. with whom he became affiliated in 1990. Prior to that affiliation he and Mr. Julius J. Zschau practiced law in Clearwater, Florida from 1976 through 1989 as Sorota & Zschau, P.A. With Mr. Sorota's background in tax, he now practices primarily in the areas of wills, trusts and probate law, taxation and real estate matters.
