Sindel, Sindel & Noble, P.C. is a second generation law firm, originally founded in 1937 by Tebbs P. Forgey, Jr. (deceased) and William F. Sindel, (deceased). Richard H. Sindel joined the firm in 1977 following three years as an Assistant Public Defender in the County of St. Louis. Charles D. Sindel joined the firm in 1978 after serving as an Assistant Circuit Attorney in the City of St. Louis for three and one half years. The firm reorganized as a professional corporation in 1986 and Travis Noble, a former police officer and DEA agent became a principle in the firm in Jan. 2001. Matthew Zavac, a former public defender for St. Louis County became an associate of the firm in 2002. Mary Choi, licensed to practice in New York and Missouri, and a former Missouri State public defender working in the appellate division, was hired as an associate in May of 2004. The corporation has been continuously rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell since its formation.
