Most recently, Shaheen & Gordon has successfully assisted in the disaffiliation and reorganization of an urban hospital system, drafted and implemented compliance plans in hospitals throughout the State, obtained legislative changes allowing for the provision of expanded health care services, represented hospitals in negotiating and, when necessary, litigating managed care contracting issues. While we have significant experience working with large health care providers, we also represent small physician practices and pride ourselves on our ability to respond to the unique needs of all of our health care clients, large or small.
