About Bryan E. Delius

Firm founder Bryan E. Delius started his law firm, Delius & McKenzie, PLLC, more than 20 years ago with one goal in mind: to offer East Tennessee residents and visitors the fighting chance they deserve in court. Born and raised here in Sevier County, and having lived here his entire life, Mr. Delius understands how the local, state and federal courts operate in the area, and knows that a successful case is one based in thorough preparation and a willingness to fight for what is right and just.When not in the office, Mr. Delius spends time on the farm with his wife and daughter. He breeds and competes on the national level with registered Quarter Horses. Several of his horses have gone on to become world champions and carry PRCA cowboys to the pay window. Mr. Delius likes to compete in rodeos when time allows.In addition to farming, he serves as an elected official to the Sevier County Legislative Body and is active in his church.

Bryan and his firm come very highly recommended from me. Him and his firm went above and beyond to help me with my case, with very favorable results. Mr Hamm who works with Bryan as an investigator dug to the very bottom and got to things that were very favorable for me. Highly, highly recommend these guys.

Bryan is the best criminal attorney that I have ever retained and have had had very good ones in my home state of Ohio. He is very well prepared, his staff is awesome and he utilizes a very good investigator. He's expensive but he delivers.

Fantastic criminal defense lawyer. I hired him to defend me in a DUI charge. I was extremely nervous about hiring a lawyer. I don't like lawyers due to previous experience with divorce lawyers that ripped me off (3 of them) before finding a lawyer that would complete my divorce case. I told this to Mr. Delius when I interviewed him. He promised me that he was reliable and had a solid track record (I checked on the track record and found only good results about him). He was honest and said he couldn't promise anything. I asked him if he could promise one thing? If he would zealously defend me? He promised he would. He kept that promise and the outcome of my case was better than I ever could have even imagined. What a relief when the when the case was resolved. It is so scary placing, well, basically your life into a lawyer's hands. That weight came off of me when I realized the case was over and everything was ok. I made best decision in hiring him.
