The firm, established in 1957, has gradually evolved from insurance defense toward Claimant's Personal Injury, litigating and settling cases in St. Louis and over the entire Southeastern Missouri area. The firm limits its practice to Personal Injury cases with its primary emphasis on Automobile Accidents and Products Liability. In the Product Defect area the firm has taken on some of the largest corporations including Kawasaki, Clarklift, Union Electric, Wal-Mart and Ford Motor Co. The firm has most of the largest verdicts in Southeast Missouri and several outstanding verdicts in St. Louis.
