I have put these pillars into practice in my representation of small, medium, large, and publicly-traded business for the last 16 years. During those 16 years, my practice has been diverse. I have represented businesses in purchases, sales, licenses, leases, and other transactions. I routinely fight for my clients in state and federal trial courts and have been before both state and federal courts of appeal. I also have vast experience in alternative dispute mechanisms such as mediation and arbitration, both of which can be a cost-effective way to resolve business disputes.
