- 1999 marked Mr. Woodhouse's completion of 20 years of executive management of commodities trading and agribusiness ventures. Since 1999, with the founding of Woodhouse Shanahan, Mr. Woodhouse has devoted his full time to the practice of law.
- 1995 to 1999 - President ICEC Seafood Corp.(seafood importing and trading), ICEC Produce Corp. (tropical produce trading), and Woodhouse Associates, Inc.(agribusiness advisory services).
- 1995/1999 - Completed Juris Doctor degree at Rutgers University and admitted to practice of law at the Bar of the State of Pennsylvania. Juris Doctor Research project - Criminal liability for violations of the Food, Drug, and Cosmetics Act.
- 1994 - Sale of Marine Harvest International to Booker PLC by cash tender offer for $130 million - largest transaction in the history of aquaculture business.
- 1989/1994 - President Marine Harvest International and predecessor companies, all of which were substantially owned by Hanson PLC. MHI was world's largest producer of farmed salmon (Chile and Scotland), major shrimp farmer (Ecuador), and tuna producer (California). Marine Harvest International was world's first aquaculture business to list its securities on a major stock exchange. As President, Mr. Woodhouse completed, spin-off, IPO, private placements, secondary offering, and LBO of subsidiary. Largest shareholder of MHI was Hanson PLC.
- 1979/1989 - Zaloom Brothers Co. - Partner and President (1986) - major importer and trader in seafood and agribusiness products (annual sales $100 million). Mr. Woodhouse specialized in Latin American agribusiness - fluency in Spanish and Portuguese.
- 1976/1979 - State Street Bank International - Commodities and Trade Finance - Vice President (1978).
- 1973/1976 - Irving Trust Co. - Trade finance lending officer.
- 1972/1973 - First Boston Corp. - Securities analysis.
- 1970/1972 - US Army - First Lieutenant.
