Scott D. Hall Firm Overview Mr. Hall established his current practice in 1993 after working in the areas of licensing and contracts with Texas Instruments, Inc. and later being associated with a private firm. Mr. Hall has been located at 105 Bruce Street, Sevierville, Tennessee since 1993. His practice is primarily concentrated in civil litigation, including construction litigation, real estate litigation, business litigation and collections. Mr. Hall's clientele is primarily comprised of small businesses and property owners.
