Experience Counts!
The Schlosser Law Firm has established a reputation throughout Greensboro, North Carolina, Guilford County and the surrounding areas for its highly experienced team of attorneys and its skilled support staff. The firm's lawyers and highly skilled staff share a common goal of delivering excellent legal services to clients in professional, personal, cost-effective, and result-oriented manner.
Whether being charged with a crime or suffering a work-related or motor vehicle accident injury, the firm's clients share much in common. They are worried about achieving the best results for themselves and their families. Many of the firm's clients have never dealt with the legal process prior to meeting with the firm's lawyers. The firm works hard to educate clients about the process and what they can expect. Well-informed clients are best able to regain control of their legal situation and their lives. In addition, the firm's attorneys and staff believe the more clients understand the situation, the better they will be able to make informed decisions that are in their best interests.
Approximately five years ago, the firm hired from the Guilford County District Attorney's Office one of that staff's most experienced Assistant District Attorneys, Mr. Jan Elliott Pritchett. During Mr. Pritchett's four years in the District Attorney's Office, he like Mr. Schlosser, successfully prosecuted a large and varied number of traffic and criminal cases.
The combined experience of Mr. Schlosser and Mr. Pritchett gives the firm the most experienced team of former prosecutors now doing criminal defense work in Guilford County. They have successfully tried cases ranging from routine traffic and drunk driving (DWI) cases to capital murder cases. They have also successfully tried serious drug, sexual assaults, theft, arson, white-collar crime, and all other criminal cases. s. They are experienced in both State and Federal Courts.
The firm's clients include Kelly Wigglesworth, the runner up in the first "Survivor" reality television series, Nicky Sixx, former Motley Crue bass player, elected officials in Guilford Country, judges, police officers and countless everyday men and women that find themselves charged with violations of the law.
Mr. Scott Galiger has the responsibility for representing clients that are injured in automobile accidents and workplace injuries. He has been practicing law since 1994 and graduated With Distinction from the Emory School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia. Due to the care and attention given to each client, the firm is selective in the injury cases accepted for representation. Settlements and verdicts range from multi-million dollars to lesser amounts.
