Michael A. Schlosser was born and raised in Greensboro, North Carolina. He graduated from Grimsley High School in 1963. Upon Graduation from The Virginia Military Institute in 1967, he was commissioned a 2
nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Army and served a year in the paratroopers in the Republic of South Vietnam. Following the tour of duty, he was a teaching coach at Hargrave Military Academy. In 1971, he entered Wake Forest University School of Law and upon graduation was employed as an Assistant District Attorney in Guilford County, North Carolina. After serving five years in that position, he was elected the District Attorney for Guilford County.
In 1983 he founded the Schlosser Law Firm and began the private practice of law.
He is a member of the Greensboro Bar Association, the Guilford County Bar Association, the North Carolina State Bar Association and the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers.
Scott G. Galiger was born in Elgin, Illinois and has lived in many different areas in the country. He chose a career in law because it gave him the best chance to help people who needed it. After receiving his degree in History from Ursinus College in Collegeville PA, he attended law school at Emory University in Atlanta GA. There, he graduated With Distinction and in the top 15% of his class in 1994. Mr. Galiger has worked his entire career representing injured people in workers compensation and automobile accidents. As an attorney, he prides himself on always being available to accept phone calls or meet with his clients if they request it. He joined the Schlosser law firm in 2000 to further concentrate on workers compensation and third-party claims that arise from them. He is a member of the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers Workers Compensation Section and The North Carolina State Bar Workers Compensation Section. He works closely with his assistant Pat Sanchez to make sure all the clients' needs are met.
Jan Elliott Pritchett, a North Carolina native graduated from the Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 1994. While in law school, he was Editor-In-Chief of "The Public Defender" newspaper, a member of the Southern University Law Review and a member of the Southern University Moot Court and was chosen to be on the Southern University National Moot Court team.
After law school, Mr. Pritchett joined the firm of Barton and Lee in Fayetteville, North Carolina where he primarily represented persons injured in auto accidents and other catastrophes. In 1996, Mr. Pritchett moved to Greensboro, North Carolina where he served as a felony prosecutor for the greater part of his tenure as an assistant district attorney.
Mr. Pritchett joined forces with Mr. Schlosser in the year 2000 and now focuses his practice in the area of criminal, traffic and injury cases. He is committed to aggressive representation at a reasonable fee. According to Mr. Pritchett, he gets no greater joy in life than the many thank you cards and well wishes that he has received over the years from his former clients.
